RETURNS
Want to return a product? No problem! Return Policy: You have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of receiving the shipment (right of withdrawal). Refund Policy: The refund period may be up to 14 days (counted from the date we receive the return) in accordance with applicable law. Refund Policy: Refunds will be made in the same form you used for payment.
To make a return:

For orders with delivery to Poland, returns are processed via the Convenient Returns service, available at the top of this page.
To make a return:
1. Use the Convenient Returns module and follow the instructions.
2. Pack the product and attach the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Returns for international customers (form at the bottom of the page)
For orders from outside Poland, please submit your return using the online returns form located at the bottom of this page.
To make a return:
1. Complete the returns form for international customers.
2. Pack the product and attach the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the form, select one of the options:
☐ I am returning the product at my own expense
– send the package to the address indicated below.
☐ Please provide a return label
– After submitting your return, please wait for an email from us with your return label.
The cost of €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.

Important information
Products to be returned must be delivered in unaltered condition, without signs of use.
We do not accept returns from business customers (purchases on invoice).
The right to withdraw from the contract applies only to consumers.
COMPLAINTS
For goods purchased from 01/01/2023, Equus-brand.com is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and discovered within 2 years from that time in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. If you believe that the goods you purchased are inconsistent with the contract/defective, you can file a complaint in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
To submit a complaint:
1. Complete the online complaint form at the very bottom of the page and pack the parcel along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Send the package.

3. Wait for your complaint to be processed.
Complaints are reviewed no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the product in question. If the complaint is deemed justified, we will process the claim in accordance with applicable law. If you want to check whether your parcel has arrived safely, you can do so on the website of the carrier through which you returned the parcel.
